About the job
Summary
Interns will research potential leads on music supervisors that would be interested in working with us. They will also learn how to use Disco, the most utilized platform of exchange in the music licensing market, where they will input metadata for songs, artists, and albums to make our catalog database easily searchable. Flexibly scheduled remote work with the potential for growth within the company.
Responsibilities
- Lead development of potential buyers ie. music supervisors of various medias
- Update and maintain databases to ensure accuracy, including metadata categorization and organization
- Data modeling of Frutful’s music catalog
- Determine moods, instruments, lyrics, and BPMs of individual tracks
- Assist and collaborate with members of Frutful’s team
Qualifications
- Must be enrolled in a university and continue to be enrolled for the duration of the internship.
- Extensive musical knowledge, preferably on electronic and Latin American genres
- Availability 3 hours a week
- Your own computer and access to internet
Pay
This internship is for college credit.
